What Are Credits?
How SMLLR's credit wallet works, what a credit covers, and your monthly allowance by plan.
Overview
Credits (Pro plan and above) are SMLLR's single wallet for usage-based sending. Email Marketing and Meta Sync both draw from it today — WhatsApp Marketing will draw from the same wallet once it ships, so there's one balance to manage, not one per channel. View your balance and full statement from Marketing → Credits in your dashboard sidebar.
What a Credit Covers
A campaign is billed for what it actually sends, not what it attempted. Sending to 1–50 recipients in a single campaign always costs exactly 1 credit.

Your Monthly Allowance
Your allowance refreshes to the full amount at the start of every billing cycle. Unused allowance credits do not roll over — there's no benefit to rationing them near the end of a cycle.

Top-Up Credits Never Expire
Running low before your next cycle? Purchase a top-up pack anytime from the Credits page — unlike your monthly allowance, top-up credits never expire and carry forward indefinitely until spent. When you spend, your monthly allowance is used first (since it expires), then top-up credits.
