Buying Credit Top-Ups
How to purchase additional credits when you're running low, and how payment works.
How to Buy a Top-Up Pack
Go to Credits
Click Credits under the Marketing section in your dashboard sidebar.
Pick a pack
Choose a credit pack — each shows the number of credits and the price.
Complete checkout
Choose Razorpay or Cashfree checkout (both stay on this page — card, UPI, and net banking all supported) or PayU (redirects to its own secure payment page).
Credits appear immediately
Once payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your top-up balance right away, and a GST-compliant invoice is generated automatically.
Top-Up Credits vs. Monthly Allowance
Top-up credits are tracked as a separate balance from your monthly allowance and shown separately on the Credits page. The key difference: your monthly allowance resets (and any unused portion expires) every billing cycle, while top-up credits never expire and simply carry forward until you spend them.
What Happens on Downgrade
If your plan drops below Pro, your entire credit balance (allowance and top-up alike) is frozen, not lost — you can't spend it while below Pro, but nothing is forfeited. Upgrading back to Pro or above immediately unfreezes it.
